New contributor Tony has uploaded a Tyrannis-compatible revision L, with a number of other improvements rolled into it. If you don't have this yet, get it now!

I've noticed Google still prefers to send people here than to the new Google Code project, which has the latest and greatest on NavBot. To that end, here's a quick update - NavBot pushes ever onwards and is currently up to revision J, a Dominion-compatible version produced by John Strobel with many contributions from the community.
